Charter Farm is the perfect hamlet from which to escape the city. Come with your family or friends. Charter Farm is a historic property on 244 acres with an additional 50 acres of Crown lease along the Loddon River that runs through the middle of the undulating property. There are two queen bedrooms and an addional two bunk rooms, with a set of bunks and a single bed in each. The house sleeps a total of ten. Inside the house includes original artworks by Craig Waddell, Joan Ross, Sam Leach, Fiona Pardington, prints by Carla Fletcher and numerous lino cut prints sourced from Lauriston Press, Kyneton.
