The Jervis Bay sauna is a Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna which gives you similar benefits to a steam or dry sauna, but at a much lower temperature (40-60 degrees compared to 80-100 degrees) so they are much more comfortable to be in. They use light at different wavelengths to produce heat. Most infrared saunas are “far” infrared, but some saunas also have “mid” and “near” infrared.
