Definitely is NOT wheelchair accessible. Can’t even get a small stroller through their narrow aisles and staff will not let you in if you have one. You have to carry small toddlers because they get quite mad if kids touch anything, even toys. Also, unfortunately, the staff are VERY rude! Bad enough that most locals won’t shop there unless they have to! KM Kings Langley was great. This one’s a disappointment.
