ZIPnTIE sells a range of cable ties including 100, 200, 300, 500, 700 and 1000 mm ties in UV resistant black, white (natural), Yamaha (or Ford) blue, Kawasaki green, Honda (or Holden) red and Suzuki yellow. Each size is supplied in 100 piece packs The ties are made in China, using North American sourced (U.S.A. or Canada) nylon 6/6. The nylon is UL (or CE as testing is conducted in China) and RoHS (removal of harmful substances) certified. The black ties have all been carbon treated and are classified as UV (ultra, violet) resistant. Each size is strength tested and rated as, 8 kg for 100 mm, 18 kg for 3.6 mm, 22 kg for 4.8 mm, 55 kg for 7.2 mm and 79 kg for 9.0 mm. The strength rating is a static load rating in kilograms. We also do 2 sizes of Nylon Cable Tie, tensioning and cutting tools, One for 2.5 mm - 4.8 mm ties which tensions and cuts using a single lever and a preset tensioning adjustment, the second for 4.8 mm - 9.0 mm ties uses 2 levers, one for tensioning and the second for cutting. This one does not have a tension adjustment.
