Preferred Plaster was established in 1988 as a two man operation that today has a base in Caloundra and employs 30 permanent staff and approximately 40 long term contractor gangs. Our continual pursuit of quality led us to commit to an apprenticeship training program in 1994, resulting in Preferred currently eploying 5 apprentices and have a base of subcontractors and eployees that a re largely in-house trained.
