These terms and conditions (‘Terms’) apply to all our services directly made available online, through mobile device, or by email. By accessing, browsing and using our Online Reservation System through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the “website”) and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions set out below (including the privacy statement). APPOINTMENT POLICY 1) We will endeavor to meet your reservation request. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking at least one week in advance. We strongly recommend making future bookings at the end of each service to secure your ideal appointment time. Management reserve the right to alter requested appointment times to fit in with trading schedules. PAYMENT 2) We require payment on completion of your appointment unless an alternative arrangement is made. We accept cash, Visa, American Express or MasterCard. We no longer accept Bank Transfers. Online or in person credit card payments are processed by SQUARE using encryption technology to protect Credit card numbers when transmitted over the Internet. We will never store your credit card details on our server. A 1.9% transaction fee will be charged to the customer per transaction. OUR GUARANTEE 3) Our liability is limited as permitted under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). But, if you are not fully satisfied within 7 days of your hair appointment, we guarantee we will redo your hair for no extra charge. Service and product quality is paramount here at STAG Men’s Grooming. CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY 4) If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel in a timely manner. Cancellations made within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment incur a fee of 25% of the service cost. No show will be charged 50% of the service cost. Austin can be contacted on 0415 889 011. LATE POLICY 5) If you are more than 15 minutes late we may decline your appointment due to the affect it will have to the subsequent bookings after yours.
