Aquanatal is fun, safe, water-based pregnancy exercise designed for pregnant women and their postnatal recovery. Aquanatal Instructors are midwives. Pre-natal aqua includes cardio, strengthening, core, relaxation and birth preparation. Each class also includes pelvic floor exercises and breathing for labour and a calm birth.
